Product Overview

SP‑41 is a clear, flexible polyaspartic topcoat designed to provide outstanding UV resistance, flexibility, and abrasion resistance. It combines a robust polyaspartic resin with Polymer Nation’s proprietary Iso blend, offering excellent working time and long-term performance across a wide variety of systems.

• Clear topcoat over EPDM systems or decorative flake floors

• Floors exposed to UV light, movement, or wear-and-tear
• Adheres to concrete, gypsum, cement board, metals, and fiberglass

Mixing & Installation

Combine all of Part A and Part B into a single container large enough to accommodate the entire mix. Blend at 350 RPM for 2–3 minutes using a proper mixing blade. Avoid introducing air. Apply using standard squeegee and back-roll or cut and roll techniques. Recoat within 24 hours. Clean tools with acetone or xylene.

Cure Schedule @ 70 °F (21 °C)

Application Conditions

• Ideal temperature: 70–80 °F (40–60% RH)
• Ensure substrate temperature is at least 5 °F above dew point
