Refund policy

US Abrasives returns policy:

Within 15 days of delivery, most unused, unopened items are returnable for a full refund (less shipping costs). If you return items after 15 days, you will receive store credit or exchange the item. After 60 days, we do not accept returns on items. Chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments and dyes cannot be sent back to US Abrasives®. It is only possible to return unopened products in their original packaging. For a full refund, you must include any accessories that came with the item. Products that have been misused or improperly handled will not be refunded. You will not be able to return any products that have been modified or used. Brand-new equipment returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if approved by 

US Abrasives.

You must return items in the same condition in which you received them. Returns that are not in like condition will not be accepted or refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. If US Abrasives made a mistake (you received a defective or incorrect item), we will pay return shipping charges. Credits for returns are usually issued within three business days of receiving a credit card or PayPal account. The credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account that was provided when the original purchase was made online.

You should expect to have your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will get a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
