Repair Intake

Have this information ready:

• Equipment manufacturer and model.
• Serial number.
• Voltage and phase.
• What the machine is doing, or not doing.
• Any error code, noise, smell, leak, or recent damage.
• Photos or a short video when the issue is visible.

Do not ship or drop off equipment until the service details are confirmed. Availability, parts lead times, diagnostics, and repair timing vary by machine.

Rental Requests

Rental equipment and rates can change. Call for current availability instead of planning a job around an old list. Tell us the job location, dates, square footage, power, floor condition, and the work being performed.

Diamond tooling, abrasives, chemicals, freight, damage, cleaning, and wear items may be separate from the machine rental. We will spell out what is included before the equipment leaves.
