Product Overview

F‑81 is a 2-part, 100% solids, flexible polyurea joint filler designed for heavy-duty interior control joints and saw cuts in concrete floors. With fast gel time and excellent chemical resistance, it helps protect joint edges from spalling in forklift and wheeled traffic environments. F‑81 can also be shaved flush in under 60 minutes.

• Interior control joints and saw cuts in polished or coated concrete
• Industrial, warehouse, and retail flooring subjected to hard wheels
• Filling joints prior to diamond polishing or coating

Kit Contents (2-gal mix)

• Part A – 1 gallon polyurea resin
• Part B – 1 gallon catalyst
• Total mixed yield: 2 gallons  |  Approx. 1850 linear feet of ¼″ × ¼″ joint

Mixing & Application

Mix Part A and B at a 1:1 ratio by volume. Use dual-cartridge or bulk pump equipment designed for polyurea. Apply directly into clean, dry joints. Material gels in 3–5 minutes at 75°F. Shave flush with a razor scraper or grinder in 30–60 minutes. Best suited for interior use only.
