Historically, finish manufacturers advised against the use of waterborne products on new installations due to the high risk of panelization. However, PoloPlaz NSB Sealer changes the game, offering a solution that, when applied correctly, eliminates the fear of sidebonding and panelization damage to new wood installations.

Application Process:

1. Apply two coats of NSB using a T-bar at a rate of 500 sq ft/gal.
2. Allow 2-4 hours of drying time between coats.
3. Proceed with abrading, taping lines, and painting as necessary.
4. Abrade and apply a third coat of NSB for enhanced protection.
5. Finish with one coat of FastTrak for a durable and resilient surface.

Formulation Details:

• Solids: 30% for a high-build finish.
• VOCs: Less than 275 g/L, adhering to environmental standards.
• Flash Point: Not applicable.
• Solvent: A mixture of water and glycol ethers for a safer formula.
