Product Overview
The F-01 is a premium, nonylphenol-free epoxy system combining our proprietary resin (E1) with a robust modified cycloaliphatic amine reactant (H1). Engineered for exceptional durability, F-01 delivers superior chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. Its low odor and viscosity make it the ideal choice for decorative flooring projects as well as demanding industrial applications.

Uses
F-01 is versatile and can be used as:

• A broadcast resin and topcoat for resinous concrete flooring projects.
• A slower curing clear primer.
• A stand-alone concrete sealer.
• A slower-setting patching material when combined with aggregates PN 1324 or PN 1329.

Preparation
Proper substrate preparation is crucial for a successful application. The substrate must be clean, dry, and solid, with weak layers and contaminants removed. Application Instructions

1. Mix Part A and Part B in the specified ratio using a low-speed mixer (350 RPM) for 2-3 minutes. Avoid introducing excessive air.
2. Apply using squeegee and back-roll techniques.
3. Recoat within 24 hours if required.
4. Clean tools with a solvent like Xylene or Acetone immediately after use.
