Product Overview

UltraSpartic 100 is a unique, high‑solids polyaspartic floor coating formulated for extreme durability and low odor. Designed for topcoat applications in environments such as garages, warehouses, and production areas, UltraSpartic 100 delivers excellent bond strength, UV stability, chemical resistance, and gloss retention even at high film builds. It can be used as a clear primer or pigmented with UltraColor E/P Pigment Packs to achieve a solid-colored finish as a primer, body coat, or topcoat.

Product Specifications

• Packaging: 3-Gallon Kit – 2 x 1‑gal. can (Part A) + 1 x 1‑gal. can (Part B)
• Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume (2 parts A : 1 part B)
• Coverage Rate: Approximately 80–320 sq. ft. per gallon (for 5–20 mil film builds)
• Shelf Life: 1 year (unopened, stored at 59–77°F / 15–25°C)

Mixing & Application Instructions

• Ensure both Parts A and B are at room temperature (59–77°F, 15–25°C) prior to mixing.
• Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses) during mixing.
• Pre-mix Part A for 1 minute; optional: add UltraColor E/P Pigment Pack for on-site tinting and mix until uniform in color.
• Add up to 10% solvent (such as Xylene or Acetone) if additional flow or leveling is desired.
• Add Part B by volume to achieve a 2:1 ratio and mix at low speed for approximately 3 minutes.
• Complete spreading and rolling within 15 minutes (pot life).

Application Tips & Floor Preparation

For optimal performance, ensure the concrete substrate is thoroughly cleaned and lightly surface-prepared (e.g., shot-blasted or diamond ground to a CSP 2–CSP 3 profile). If applying over an existing resinous floor, abrade the surface with appropriate grit screens or diamond tools.
